Go where eagles dare, and where you really feel you are flying! This via ferrata is a real jewel, carefully designed down to the smallest details it has made the summit of the Paganella a popular destination. First you ride the cable car up to the Rifugio la Roda mountain hut from where you walk down to the start. The ferrata continues in gradual descent followed by very exposed traverses that make you appreciate just how steep and vast the east face of the Paganella really is. 

However, it is only when the route is reaching its culmination that we discover the most exciting features, equalled by very few ferratas, and which have to be experienced to be believed. We add only that for those who suffer from extreme exposure, there is always a more moderate alternative. The view is exceptional, extending right down the Adige and Sarca valleys.
